Our official web site is the only booking platform where best rates are guaranteed. Please use the booking widget to make a reservation.

There is no VAT applicable. The entity that owns the Lancefield Quay Apartments is not VAT registered.

At the time of booking, you should have received an email containing the details below. Please contact Fiona:

ARRIVAL

IT IS VITAL THAT YOU CONTACT OUR APARTMENT MANAGER, FIONA, BEFORE YOU TRAVEL AND CONFIRM YOUR CHECK IN TIME. SHE CAN BE CONTACTED ON 0775 770 4959. Please leave a voice message or send a text message if the phone is temporarily turned off. Having arranged an arrival time with Fiona, she will then be there to greet you and familiarise you with the apartment’s facilities.

Guests must check in between 14:00 and 18:00 and check out between 9:00 and 11:00 unless previously arranged with Fiona.

DEPARTURE

Check out is at 11am. Our housekeeper will arrive at 11am. Please be ready to vacate as we are often running on a tight schedule between guests.

Please do your best to leave the apartments in the same, tidy condition you have been given it.

Our housekeepers do their absolute best to do a thorough & deep clean between every guest, however, any help with this is always appreciated.

SECURITY DEPOSIT 

We reserve the right to request a security deposit on arrival.

To ensure the safety of all residents at the property, please also be aware of the following, which the building managers have asked all residents to adhere to:

  • No naked flame appliances such as BBQ’s, patio heaters, candles etc to be used on balconies.
  • Smoking should not be allowed on balconies and under no circumstances should cigarette ends be thrown from balcony areas.

We welcome well behaved dogs at a small extra cost, please choose the relevant item in our booking extras. This page will be displayed, after you have entered your proposed booking dates.

Unfortunately, we cannot supply a bed guard. However, we can supply a travel cot, please see the optional extras on our booking page.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a meet and greet service and we would suggest you hire a car, if you want to travel around the local area.

The apartments are all very similar internally.

Yes, There is free secure car parking at the apartments.

Yes this is provided, free of charge.

No, the apartments are self catering, so all provisions will need to be supplied by the guests.

Yes, crockery and cutlery is supplied. Also, most cooking equipment is supplied, baking trays, saucepans, oven proof dishes etc.

There are separate showers in the two bathrooms. There is a step up to the showers, in both the en suite and main bathroom, which is approximately 9 inches/23cm high.

There are a number of eating places within a short walk.

All apartments are on the 6th floor serviced by a lift and stairs.

Each apartment has one separate shower cubicle, in each of the two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom and the second bathroom is accesses via the hallway.

All the apartments have a walk-on balcony with views of the River Clyde. 

Please be respectful of our neighbours, we have a strict no party/event policy. Please limit any loud noise that may disturb those in apartments around you. E.g. loud music.
